2017 ODFW Fish Trap Refurbishment Project
Elise Kelley, ODFW, sponsored our volunteer work to refurbish fish traps used for surveys and collecting brood stock in our local rivers. Work required removing the vinyl mesh, welding and rebuilding framework to ensure integrity, and replacing mesh. Two work days were held with ANWS-Mid-Valley Chapter members to repair 8 traps. Results are shown below:
