In 2017, Mid-Valley Chapter and the City of Albany entered into a cooperative agreement to trade labor for the Senior Center Meeting Room.  We have proposed several efforts to contribute to this agreement including work on Simpson Ponds, Bowman Park, and Willamette River access in Simpson Park. During February 2018 our first labor in Bowman Park removed a large batch of blackberries, and removed a shopping cart and old steel tank from Periwinkle Creek within the park.  This is the first in a series of efforts we will be conducting for City of Albany.
